We launched as a not for profit fundraising site, and to a certain extent it has been successful with many
charities,
sports clubs and local fundraising organisations signing up to the site, with some funds being raised.
However the downside of the site appears to be that once
organisations
have signed up there is very little use of the site by their supporters.
From our view we are not unhappy with the site, however we feel that the time and
effort
going into the site is not producing levels of return for good causes that we had envisaged.
Any commissions earned in the last few months will be passed to the good causes as they are received from the suppliers.
We would like to thank everyone who has supported the site over the past 2 years.
The site is still accessible, however any commissions will be donated to ‘Children in Need’
